This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use Road Quest (the “Service”) and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

At this stage, Road Quest does not collect, process, or store any personal data. We’ve still set out this Privacy Policy in full so You know exactly where things stand now and what would change if that ever changes in future.

• Application means the software programme provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Road Quest.

Road Quest does not currently collect, store, or process any Personal Data. There is no account creation, no login, and no data sent to or stored on any server.

Any location or device data used to detect roads and track Your progress is processed and stored locally on Your Device only. It is not transmitted to Us or to any third party.

If this ever changes, for example if We introduce accounts, cloud backup, or leaderboards, this Privacy Policy will be updated first and You will be notified within the app before any new data collection begins.

Use of Your Personal Data

As no Personal Data is collected, none is used for any purpose.

Retention of Your Personal Data

As no Personal Data is collected, none is retained by Us.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

As no Personal Data is collected, none is transferred.

Delete Your Personal Data

As Road Quest does not collect any Personal Data, there is nothing for Us to delete. Any progress or data stored on Your Device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its data through Your Device settings.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

As no Personal Data is collected, none is disclosed.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your data is important to Us. As no data leaves Your Device, there is no transmission for Us to secure. Standard Device-level security (such as Your phone’s lock screen and operating system protections) still applies to anything stored locally.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. As no data is collected at all, this applies equally to users of any age.
